About Bonsori Concierge

Bonsori Concierge is a digital guest support platform for short-term rental hosts. It helps hosts create property guides, share guest links or QR pages, answer common guest questions, log conversations, send host notifications and manage guest requests.

Bonsori is a support tool. It does not replace the host, property manager, booking platform, emergency services, insurance provider, qualified tradesperson, solicitor, accountant or other professional adviser.

Accounts and access

Hosts are responsible for keeping login details secure, using a valid email address, and making sure only authorised people access their Bonsori workspace.

Bonsori may suspend or restrict access if an account appears to be misused, unpaid, unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful or harmful to guests, hosts, Bonsori or third-party services.

Host responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for checking that all property information is accurate, lawful, safe, up to date and suitable before it is shown to guests.

This includes check-in details, Wi-Fi, codes, keys, parking, emergency contacts, appliance instructions, local recommendations, house rules, guest messages and any promises made through Bonsori.

Hosts must not use Bonsori to publish misleading information, unsafe instructions, unlawful content, discriminatory content, unnecessary sensitive personal data, or anything they do not have permission to share.

Guest use

Guests may use a Bonsori guest link or QR page to ask questions about a stay, view property information, open useful links, request host help or ask for extras.

Guests should not rely on Bonsori for emergency help. If there is immediate danger, guests should contact local emergency services first and then notify the host where appropriate.

AI answers and local recommendations

Bonsori may use host-provided property information, AI services and local search providers to generate answers, local suggestions, maps, phone links and guest support responses.

AI and local search results can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Hosts should review the property guide before sharing it, and guests should check opening times, routes, prices, availability and suitability before relying on local recommendations.

Escalations and service requests

Bonsori may flag urgent issues, host requests, service requests, guest complaints or unanswered questions for host attention. Notification delivery depends on configured email, SMS, WhatsApp or other provider settings.

Bonsori may help guests ask for extras such as late checkout, luggage storage, extra towels, cleaning, transport or other services. Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, Bonsori does not book, confirm, guarantee or charge for those extras.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

Bonsori may offer free trials, monthly subscriptions, paid tiers, portfolio pricing or custom commercial arrangements. Prices, property limits and plan features may change over time.

Where Stripe billing is enabled, payment details, invoices, cancellations, plan changes and subscription status are handled through Stripe. If a subscription is cancelled, access may continue until the end of the paid or trial period unless stated otherwise.

Hosts are responsible for keeping billing details up to date. If payment fails, Bonsori may restrict access, pause features or cancel the subscription.

Intellectual property

Bonsori owns the Bonsori brand, website, software, design, product flows, templates and platform technology. Hosts keep responsibility for the property information and content they add.

By adding content to Bonsori, hosts give Bonsori permission to store, process, display and use that content as needed to provide the service.

Availability and changes

Bonsori aims to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, updates, internet issues, hosting providers, AI providers, payment providers, email providers, third-party APIs or events outside Bonsori's control.

Bonsori may add, change, limit or remove features as the product develops. Where possible, material changes affecting paying customers will be communicated clearly.

Liability

Bonsori is provided to support host operations and guest communication. It cannot guarantee guest satisfaction, review scores, booking revenue, uninterrupted availability, emergency response or the accuracy of third-party information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonsori is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost bookings, guest disputes, property damage, personal injury caused by host instructions, or decisions made outside the Bonsori platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Use of Bonsori is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what information is collected, how it is used, which trusted services may process it, and how to contact Bonsori about privacy requests.

Ending use of Bonsori

Hosts may stop using Bonsori or cancel a subscription according to the billing flow available in the dashboard. Bonsori may close or restrict accounts that breach these terms or create risk for guests, hosts, Bonsori or third parties.

Some data may be retained after cancellation where needed for billing, legal, security, dispute resolution or legitimate business purposes.

Governing terms

These terms are a draft commercial template for Bonsori Concierge and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before full public launch.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections should continue to apply as far as legally possible.
