AI co-host for Airbnb
An AI co-host that knows when to hand the stay back to you.
Bonsori acts as the first support layer for routine guest questions. It uses the property information you control, keeps the guest in one clear concierge, and elevates decisions or risks that need a real host.
Direct answer
What does an AI co-host actually do?
A useful AI co-host should answer predictable property questions quickly, recognise when the saved information is not enough, and organise the handover to the host. It should not pretend to be the property owner or make decisions about money, safety or booking changes.
Bonsori combines four host roles in one workspace: an AI concierge for answers, a co-host for filtering conversations, a data analyst for repeated-question patterns and a property advisor for missing information and review risk.
What hosts gain
Property-trained answers
Responses are grounded in the check-in, Wi-Fi, rules and local information saved by the host.
Filtered escalation
Hosts see lockouts, safety concerns, service failures and decisions rather than every routine message.
Host-side testing
Test the guest AI against any property without completing StayLink or ID verification.
Web and iPhone visibility
Review properties, IDs, guest conversations and alerts from the host companion app.
Workflow
How Bonsori decides whether to answer or elevate
The AI starts with the property guide and uses a conservative handover when the guest needs something beyond it.
- 1
Understand the question
Bonsori identifies whether the guest is asking for saved information, local help or a host decision.
- 2
Check approved knowledge
The answer is matched against host-controlled property details and relevant stay context.
- 3
Answer or hand over
Clear routine questions receive an answer; uncertain, sensitive or actionable issues are elevated.
- 4
Improve the property
The host can update missing guidance so the next guest receives a clearer answer.
Host guide
The division of work between Bonsori and the host
The host remains responsible for the property. Bonsori makes that responsibility easier to manage.
Questions the AI co-host can handle
Strong examples include check-in time, where the key safe is located, how to join Wi-Fi, parking restrictions, thermostat use, bin collection, checkout instructions, house rules and host-approved recommendations.
The host can test these answers before guests see them. If the answer is weak, the readiness tools point back to the property section that needs more detail.
Issues that should reach the host
A guest who cannot enter, reports a leak, has no hot water, raises a safety concern, needs an accessibility adjustment or requests a booking exception needs a person. Bonsori creates a concise alert instead of burying the problem inside routine chat.
Approval requests such as early check-in, late checkout or an ID submission also stay with the host. The AI can explain the process, but it does not make the decision.
Learning without uncontrolled self-training
Bonsori uses conversation patterns to show what guests repeatedly need, but property facts remain under host control. A guest message does not silently rewrite entry instructions or house rules.
This gives the host a useful feedback loop while avoiding the risk of one unusual conversation becoming a permanent property answer.
Bonsori is a support layer, not an official Airbnb co-host account
Bonsori does not accept or change bookings, alter listing settings, negotiate refunds or represent an official partnership with Airbnb. It supports the guest journey around confirmed stays while the host keeps control of the booking platform.
Questions hosts ask
Can the AI co-host answer using my exact property information?+
Yes. The concierge uses the host-controlled guide for the selected property, including arrival, Wi-Fi, parking, rules, appliance instructions, FAQs and local recommendations.
Can I see what the guest AI would say before launch?+
Yes. Hosts can open Test AI from the dashboard or property view without StayLink, ID or guest verification.
Does the AI approve guest ID or late checkout?+
No. These are host decisions. Bonsori presents the request and relevant information so the host can approve, reject or follow up.
What if I manage several listings?+
Each property keeps separate instructions and stay flows. Professional and portfolio plans provide broader property allowances and host visibility.
