Security

Your property and guest data, handled carefully.

Bonsori is designed to help hosts share the right guest information without losing control of it. This page explains, in plain English, how we think about trust, access and safety.

You stay in control

Your property guide belongs to your host account. You decide what guests can see, what gets shared through the guest link, and what should still come back to you for approval.

Bonsori is not designed to take over your hosting judgment. It answers routine questions, presents useful links, and sends important requests back to the host when a human decision is needed.

What guests can see

Guests can only see the information made available through the guest concierge page, such as Wi-Fi, check-in guidance, house rules, local suggestions and host-approved support answers.

Before sharing a guest link or QR code, hosts should review anything sensitive such as entry instructions, door codes, emergency contacts, private phone numbers or parking details.

How we use data

We use host and guest information to provide the Bonsori Concierge service: creating guest guides, answering questions, logging conversations, sending host notifications, showing analytics and improving the guide.

The detailed version is in the Privacy Policy. That page explains what is collected, why it is used, the services involved, and how to contact Bonsori about privacy requests.

Human backup matters

Bonsori is built to escalate locked-out guests, urgent issues, safety concerns and service requests that need approval. It should not be treated as an emergency service.

If there is immediate danger, guests should contact local emergency services first. Hosts should keep their emergency guidance accurate and easy for guests to follow.

Policies and terms

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, stored, shared and retained. The Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Bonsori, subscriptions, trials, guest links, service requests and acceptable use.

These documents are strong launch drafts, but they should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before using Bonsori as a live commercial service.

Reporting a concern

If something looks wrong, email operations@bonsori.com with the affected page, what happened, and any steps that help us reproduce it. Please avoid sending unnecessary guest personal data.
